Privacy notice
Personal data (hereinafter referred to for the most part as “data”) shall only be processed by us as needed, as well as for the purposes of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its content and the services offered thereon. In accordance with Art. 4 Clause 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, i.e. the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as „GDPR“), “processing” is considered any operation or set of operations which is performed upon personal data, whether or not by automated means (collection, recording, organisation, sorting, storage, modification or change, reading, retrieval, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or another form of delivery, reconciliation or linking, restriction, deletion or destruction). With the following privacy notice we inform you about the nature, extent, purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of personal data, insofar as we decide alone or jointly with others about the purposes and means of the processing. We also inform you about the third-party components used by us for optimisation purposes, as well as to increase the quality of use, insofar as third parties are responsible for processing data.

II. Rights of users and data subjects
In view of the data processing described in more detail below, the users and data subjects have the right
- to obtain confirmation about whether data concerning them is processed, to disclosure of the processed data, to further information about the data processing, as well as to copies of the data (also cf. Art. 15 GDPR);
- to rectification or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (also cf. Art. 16 GDPR);
- to immediate deletion of personal data (also cf. Art. 17 GDPR), or, alternatively, provided that further processing is required i.a.w. Art. 17 Section 3 GDPR, to restriction of the processing i.a.w. Art. 18 GDPR;
- to receipt of the data concerning them and provided by them and to transmission of this data to other providers/responsible bodies (also cf. Art. 20 GDPR);
- to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they believe that the personal data is being processed by the provider in breach of data protection regulations (also cf. Art. 77 GDPR).
Furthermore, the provider is obligated to inform all recipients, to whom data has been disclosed by the provider, about any rectification or deletion of data or restriction of processing, which is effected based on Articles 16, 17 Section 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist if this notification is not possible or is associated with disproportionate effort. Irrespective of this, the user has a right to information about these recipients.
In accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, the users and data subjects also have the right to object to the future processing of personal data, provided that the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 Section 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purposes of direct advertising is admissible.
III. Information about data processing
Your data that is processed when using our website is deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion of such is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below.
Server data
For technical reasons, particularly for guaranteeing a secure and stable website, data is transmitted by your Internet browser to us or our webspace provider. With these so-called server log files, the type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system, the website from where you switched to our website (referrer URL), the website(s) of our online presence that you visit, date and time of the respective access, as well as the IP address of the Internet connection from which the use of our website is effected, are collected.
The data collected in this manner is stored temporarily; however, not together with other personal data.
This storage is effected on the legal basis of Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our website.
The data is deleted again after seven days at the latest if no further storage is required for evidence purposes. Otherwise, the data is fully or partly excluded from deletion until final clarification of an incident.
Cookies
a) Session-Cookies

Contract processing
The data you submit when ordering goods and/or services from us will have to be processed in order to fulfil your order. Please note that contracts cannot be concluded and processed without providing this data.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Section 1 lit. b) GDPR.
After the contract has been fully implemented, your personal data will be deleted, but only after the retention periods required by tax and commercial law.
Within the framework of contract processing, we will share your data with the shipping company responsible for delivery to the extent required to deliver your order and/or with the payment service provider to the extent required to process your payment.
The legal basis for the transfer of this data is Art. 6 Section 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Contact
If you contact us via e-mail or the contact form, the data you provide will be used for the purpose of processing your request. We must have this data in order to process and answer your inquiry; otherwise we will not be able to answer it in full or at all.
The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 Section 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted once we have fully answered your inquiry and there is no further legal obligation to store your data, such as if a contract resulted therefrom.
