Where can I do my laundry?
There are washing machines and dryers in all dormitories. You can do your laundry for a small fee. Payment is only possible with a contactless bank card.
What do I do if I lose my key or get locked out?
Please contact the caretaker in charge about this during office hours. You will have to pay for the cost of changing the lock.
Who keeps the common rooms clean?
As a matter of principle, we ask our tenants to always leave the communal rooms (kitchens, bathrooms) in a tidy condition. We clean the floors and bathrooms in the corridor communities. You are responsible for the cleanliness of the furniture. In the shared flats, you as the tenant are responsible for the cleanliness.
How can I use my user portal?
Before you move in, you will receive the access data for the user portal by email. There you can save or change your data, upload your matriculation certificate, etc.
Where can I get a housing provider certificate?
You will receive the housing provider confirmation on the day you move in from your responsible caretaker.
What do I do in a dangerous situation?
Outside office hours, an emergency service can be reached at 0049 (0) 7032 954 294 – 0. All important telephone numbers can be found on the notice board in the entrance area of your apartment complex.
I need a proof of accommodation for the immigration office. Who can fill it out for me?
You can have your proof of accommodation filled out by the caretaker in charge.
Where can I park my bicycle?
You can park your bike in the designated areas or in the bike room of your dormitory.
Can I drink the tap water in my dormitory?
Yes, the tap water in our dormitories is drinkable.
Is there a silence period at night in the dormitories?
Yes, there is to be no disturbance of the peace in our residence halls between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Can I smoke in my room?
No, smoking is only allowed in the designated area in front of your dormitory.
